Today is a good time to start.
While it is still cold in the Northeast, a new season is coming! Spring is all about a new beginning, being awakened, blooming. So, why don’t you start today?
Winter can be hard on most, and if’s okay to not start on Jan 1.
Let’s start easy....
Set a daily intention. It is the starting block for new routines, goals and your larger vision.
Three things you can do TODAY:
Breathe! Take a 5min breathing session. Get quiet and listen within. What area in your life do you want to focus on? Build an intention from there.
Set your intention! Focus on what your intuition tells you. Create an intention using words that you use. It’s easier to remember it when you are using your own language.
Be Grateful! Find a daily act of gratitude. Allow someone grace. Be gracious to someone.
Need routines and systems to jump start your intentions?
Wake up in the morning and look at yourself in the mirror. Repeat your intentions daily. Recite them over morning tea/coffee... while you are commuting into the office.
Recite them right before an important conversation, meeting, or life event!
Get quiet before rest and recall how your intentions served you during the day. Journal your thoughts.
